Mammoth Luxury Garage Condos offers four different condo options – a business flex-space/office front unit with private warehouse space in the rear, a 900 square foot unit and a 1,500 square foot unit. You can find the detailed specs on each condo type above. All condos are available for purchase as a base unit or we can help you fully customize your unit. We can even combine multiple units to provide you with all the space you need. No matter which unit you choose, you can be confident that your privacy is ensured with separate entry doors for all units and insulated walls and ceilings and all units are pre-wired for internet.  The safety of you and your possessions is enhanced by security fencing with 2 remote gates and 24/7 security cameras.

The 68 foot wide drive lane between units ensures that you have plenty of room to unload, load and maneuver any vehicle you plan on storing. The larger unit will even fit a Class A motor home.
